What to include
Include the full notice URL, the information that needs correcting and a link to the official source supporting the correction. Do not send identity documents, passwords, payment details or application records.
Submitting an opportunity
Institutions can use the employer workspace to submit an opportunity for editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Urgent changes and broken links
If an application deadline has changed or a recruitment has been cancelled, mention that clearly in your email subject. Link to the official update and the affected page. The reader desk reviews reports; there is no guaranteed response time, and you should not wait for our reply before checking the institution’s website.
Application enquiries
For payment failures, application status, admit cards or selection queries, contact the recruiting institution using its official helpdesk. We cannot access your application, recover your credentials or change a recruitment decision.
