Before you start
How are 29 February birthdays handled?
This tool uses 28 February as the anniversary in a non-leap year. Recruitment rules can specify a different convention or exact DOB boundaries; those rules take precedence.
Are my files sent to a server?
No. Phase-one file and document tools process on your device. We collect only aggregate tool-event counts. Files, filenames, resume contents and dates of birth are not sent.
Does this guarantee my application will be accepted?
No. Check the original advertisement and any corrigendum. The recruiting institution decides its requirements.
Can I use this on a mobile phone?
Yes, in a modern browser. Large images and PDFs may exceed your phone's memory. Start with smaller files; limits are shown in the workspace.
