Before you start
Can the downloaded PDF be read by recruitment software?
The PDF contains selectable text, not a screenshot. Simple ATS avoids photographs and decorative columns, but no template can guarantee parsing or selection. Unsupported scripts receive a clear warning; use Print / save as PDF with system fonts.
Are my files sent to a server?
No. Phase-one file and document tools process on your device. We collect only aggregate tool-event counts. Files, filenames, resume contents and dates of birth are not sent.
Does this guarantee my application will be accepted?
No. Check the original advertisement and any corrigendum. The recruiting institution decides its requirements.
Can I use this on a mobile phone?
Yes, in a modern browser. Large images and PDFs may exceed your phone's memory. Start with smaller files; limits are shown in the workspace.
