Before you start
Why can a prepared image still exceed my target?
Some images cannot fit a very small target at their current dimensions. PNG does not use the JPG quality control. The tool reports the real size and never treats a missed target as success.
Are my files sent to a server?
No. Phase-one file and document tools process on your device. We collect only aggregate tool-event counts. Files, filenames, resume contents and dates of birth are not sent.
Does this guarantee my application will be accepted?
No. Check the original advertisement and any corrigendum. The recruiting institution decides its requirements.
Can I use this on a mobile phone?
Yes, in a modern browser. Large images and PDFs may exceed your phone's memory. Start with smaller files; limits are shown in the workspace.
